Job Description

1. Provide project administration and analytical support

• Create project documentation such as work plans; meeting notes and agenda; presentations; manuals; forms, etc.
• Perform research, data collection, and generates project statistics to create analytical reports.
• Plan, organize and coordinate presentations, meetings, event logistics, travel arrangements, etc.
• Process letters, contracts, forms or other documents.

2. Coordinate the implementation and communication of project plans

• Develop and recommend detailed project plans and schedules based on approved objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor and track deliverables, activities, and overall progress to ensure timely project delivery.
• Assist management in the implementation and monitoring of the progress and adherence to the plan.
• Provide project management and stakeholders with updates on project pieces, timelines, milestones, budget, and related issues.
• Coordinate the approval and signing off of the deliverables met.

3. Create and maintain a database for information storage

• Create a database to record, archive, and retrieve documents and files.
• Maintain department or confidential records related to the project.
• Maintain up-to-date contact directory (including vendors, partners, and sponsors).
