– Gathers product and feature requirements from Magnet and Customers to inform the product roadmap and product portfolio strategy

– Participates with the PMs and Implementation Consultant in product-focused discovery sessions

– Engages through PMs and Implementation Consultant with customers to validate product plans, feature sets and new product concepts
